All meetings are held in the Administrative Building’s Board Room unless stated otherwise.
All Cal Expo Board Meetings, Cultural and Ag Advisory Council Meetings are open to the public and are subject to a 10 day notice period. Whenever possible relevant materials will be posted 10 days prior to the meeting date.
